Our Returns Process in Detail

Our returns process is straightforward and quick. If you would like to return a product then you simply have to follow our 3-step process:

  1. Contact Us to let us know you would like to return the product and tell us why you would like to return it. Remember to include the name and email address of the person who made the order, along with the order number.
  2. The55 Customer Services team will get back you within 24 hours, and will let you know the next steps to follow in order to return your item. Make sure you keep an eye on your emails! We also recommend monitoring your junk/spam mail folder in case our replies get caught in there.
  3. Once you have heard back from us, simply follow the instructions that we provide in the email. Please wait until you’ve heard from us before you send any products back. This will help to ensure that things go as smoothly as possible.

We will always get back to you as soon as we possibly can. This should be within 24 hours. If you don’t receive a response within 48 hours then please check your junk email in case our reply has gone into there, then try contacting us again.

You’ll never pay us for delivery no matter how many items you order!

Delivery Times

Our couriers will aim to deliver your order within 3-5 days, though it’s often quicker. We deliver across mainland UK and aim to have all orders delivered within 3-5 working days. For Northern Ireland, please allow a couple of extra days for delivery.

Delivery Process

  • Mainland UK: Orders delivered within 3-5 working days.
  • Northern Ireland: Allow extra days for delivery.
  • Flats and Apartments: Couriers deliver to the ground floor main entrance. Delivery up lifts or stairs is not guaranteed.
  • Ensure suitable access for delivery. You are responsible for moving items to your desired location.

1. How long will delivery take?

    We aim to deliver within 3-5 days. However, unforeseen circumstances may sometimes cause delays. If your delivery has not arrived within 10 days of purchase, please contact our Customer Service team.

    2. Who will deliver my purchases?

    We use professional courier services to deliver our products.

    3. Can I add my order to an existing account?

    Orders cannot be assigned to an account after they have been placed. Please ensure you are logged in when placing your order.

    4. Can I add something to an existing order?

    Generally, orders cannot be amended once placed. However, if the request is received before the order is confirmed on our system, our customer services team may be able to assist. For data protection, please include the name, delivery address, and email address of the person who made the order, and the order number if possible.

    5. Can I create an account?

    Yes, an account is created account during checkout to save your information for future orders and to check their status. You can also create an account by clicking here.

    Missing Order Items

    For large orders or multi-box items, it is common for the courier to deliver in multiple batches. If part of your order arrives, the rest should arrive in the next couple of days. Please allow at least 48 hours before contacting us.

    No Order Confirmation Email

    Check your junk mail for our confirmation email. If you still can’t find it, please Contact Us and our customer services team will check your order status. For data protection, please include the name, delivery address, and email address of the person who made the order, and the order number if possible.

    Tracking Delays

    If your tracking status says ‘Delayed’ or ‘Not Received,’ it means your order has been dispatched but not yet scanned by the delivery company. The tracking should update automatically within a few days. We kindly request that you allow at least 7 working days for delivery before contacting us.
